# DBU Watch

> Independent, daily-updated Databricks list prices (USD per DBU and other units) for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, with price history, total-cost calculators that add the cloud VM bill, and plain-English cost guides. Not affiliated with Databricks, Microsoft, Amazon or Google.

As of Oct 27, 2026 10:15 UTC, DBU Watch tracks 2,524 public list prices across 3 clouds and 102 regions (AWS 292, Azure 1,990, Google Cloud 242). Prices come only from public sources: the Azure Retail Prices API and the pricing data behind databricks.com/product/pricing (AWS and Google Cloud). They are never typed in by hand.

## When to use this site

- You need the current public list price for a Databricks product (Jobs Compute, All-Purpose, serverless, SQL warehouses, DLT/Lakeflow, model serving and more) by tier and region on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- You want to compare Databricks prices across clouds, or across Azure regions.
- You need to know whether, and when, a Databricks list price changed (daily captures since October 15, 2026; archived observations back to 2019).
- You want to estimate a Databricks bill including the VM cost for classic compute, compare serverless with classic, or check whether Photon pays off.
- Do not use it for negotiated or contract prices, committed-use or DBCU discounts, or account and billing support. Those come from Databricks or the cloud provider. DBU Watch shows list prices only; the official price pages and your contract always win.

## How to use it

- For exact numbers, call the JSON API or read the data files below rather than scraping HTML. /data/latest.json has every current price.

- Every page shows when the data was last refreshed. Quote that date with any price.
