system.billing.usage and system.billing.list_prices: every billable DBU by workspace, SKU, job, cluster, warehouse and tag, queryable with SQL.
This is the source most third-party tools read. Records usually land within 12 hours. Join usage to list_prices to get list-price cost, and use custom_tags and usage_metadata (job_id, cluster_id, warehouse_id) to attribute spend.
