What to write to us about
- Price corrections. If a price on DBU Watch doesn't match the official source, tell us the cloud, product, tier and region, and include a link to the page you're comparing against. Every price comes from a public source (see methodology & sources), so we check the source first and fix the pipeline if we got it wrong.
- Data and reuse questions. The datasets are free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with credit to DBU Watch. Ask us about fields, update times or attribution (see data license).
- Sponsorship. Newsletter, calculator and directory placements are described on the sponsor page. Sponsored placements are always labeled and never change the price data.
- The tools directory. Suggest a Databricks cost tool for the directory, or send a correction to an existing listing.
- Pro alerts. Questions about the Pro waitlist.
What we can't help with
DBU Watch is independent and not affiliated with Databricks, Microsoft, Amazon or Google. We can't answer questions about your own account, contract, invoice or discounts. For those, contact Databricks or your cloud provider.
